The growing trend seems to be staying in hotels outside of the Las Vegas strip and more and more people are finding value in places like South Point. Reviews for this hotel have been mostly positive and it’s not that far away from the strip and downtown. The hotel opened in July 2008 and you can’t miss seeing the shiny golden building as you drive into Las Vegas from California. The rooms look up to date with flat screen televisions.
